East Bay Open Houses 10/8 & 9

Home prices in the Bay Area are still escalating, albeit slower, despite what's happening in other markets. It means the crazy Fed rate increases are having the desired effect to slow spending. That gives buyers who are brave enouuugh to continue looking for a home a particularly good opportunity to buy now when competition is less, knowing values continue to hold strong, and knowing they can refinance in the future when rates fall. It all starts with finding the right home.

Here is this weekend's list of open houses, catergorized by city. If you don't see the city you're interested in, let me know and I can send you additional info. If you are unable to make it to an open house, just call me. I can arrange a private showing for you.

Let me know if you see "the one" and I can get you more detail about the house - reports, condition, etc., when offers are due, what the point of sale requirements are for the neighborhood, and what the likely sale price might be. I can help you strategize a winning offer like I've been doing for my clients for almost 20 years.

Just let me know how I can help you make that dream of home ownership a reality!

Happy House Hunting!
