East Bay Open Houses 7/29 & 30

The economy seems stronger than some experts thought, so housing prices are still climbing. Rates increased slightly with this week's Fed 1/4% rate increase, but have dropped a bit since November's high point, so the time to buy is now, before they get higher. If rates drop later, you can always refinance, but the purchase price is not going to drop.

Here are this weekend's open houses, catergorized by city. If you prefer a private showing, just call me and I can arrange a showing for you on any home on the market. I can also provide more detail about each house - inspection reports, condition, what the approximate cost to update might be, when offers are due, and what the likely sale price might be.

Call text or email me today so I can help you evaluate that dream house and strategize a winning offer, just like I've been doing for clients for almost 20 years.

Happy House Hunting!
