I help buyers prepare and strategize on how to be the winning bidder in the fast-paced, very competitive real estate market here in the Bay Area. I actively network within the local real estate community, establishing relationships with other agents, which allows me to get the inside scoop on upcoming or off-market properties, so that my buyer-clients can get the jump on the competition. I understand and employ a number of different strategies to get my buyer clients into properties.

  • Providing buyers with referrals to local reputable mortgage lenders who provide financing for Residential, Residential Income and Investment properties.

  • Providing resources to get any improvements done quickly so buyers can consider a home that needs a little work.
